I like to get involved in projects with a meaningful impact on people’s lives. The best ones are those which respond to a real need.
My design decisions always follow a User-Centered Design approach. In the design team, I usually adopt a role as a defensor of the user, probably because of my background as a psychologist.
My process is dynamic and iterative. When I start a design process I leave my ego aside and I let my creative mind work in collaboration with the more rational part of my brain.
I love working collaboratively, with constant and meaningful feedback as the main tool of communication. I believe variety brings great solutions to the table and because of that, I love multicultural and multi-background teams!
